By submitting this form, I authorize Ambleside Schools International to initiate electronic withdrawals from the payment method I have provided for the amount and payment schedule I have selected. I understand that these withdrawals will occur automatically on the stated due dates unless I notify Ambleside Schools International in writing within a reasonable time prior to a scheduled withdrawal. I affirm that the payment information I have provided is accurate, that I am authorized to use this payment method, and that I am responsible for maintaining sufficient funds and current account information.

I consent to the use of electronic records, electronic signatures, and electronic transactions in connection with my payments and participation in the Homeschooling Program. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Ambleside Schools International, its officers, employees, and agents from liability for delays, errors, penalties, or fees resulting from incorrect information provided by me, insufficient funds, or actions taken by my financial institution.

I understand that submission of payment does not alter Ambleside Schools International’s program policies, enrollment requirements, or family responsibilities as outlined in Homeschooling Program materials, and that all payments are subject to those policies.

All curriculum materials, training resources, documents, videos, recordings, schedules, lesson plans, handbooks, and related content provided through Ambleside Schools International (ASI), including materials accessed through the Ambleside Homeschool Site or other ASI platforms (collectively, “Materials”), are the intellectual property of Ambleside Schools International and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

By submitting this form, the Homeschool Member acknowledges and agrees that:

Limited License for Personal Use
ASI grants the Homeschool Member a limited, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to use the Materials solely for the education of the Member’s own children during the term of participation in the Ambleside Homeschool Program. This license does not confer ownership of any Materials.

No Sharing or Distribution
The Homeschool Member may not copy, reproduce, distribute, upload, post, sell, sublicense, lend, share, or otherwise make available any Materials, in whole or in part, to any other individual, family, school, organization, or online platform, whether for free or for compensation, without the prior written consent of ASI.

This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, sharing materials via social media, file‑sharing services, messaging platforms, co‑ops, tutorials, blogs, videos, recordings, group classes, or any other public or private distribution channel.

No Derivative Use or Modification
The Homeschool Member may not modify, adapt, revise, translate, or create derivative works based on the Materials, nor use the Materials in the creation of curriculum, publications, or programs outside their own household, without prior written approval from ASI.

Confidential and Proprietary Information
The Homeschool Member agrees that the Materials constitute confidential and proprietary information of ASI and shall be treated as such. The Member agrees not to disclose the Materials or their contents to any third party during or after participation in the program.

Termination and Continuing Obligations
Upon termination or expiration of participation in the Ambleside Homeschool Program, the Homeschool Member’s license to use the Materials immediately ends. The obligations related to copyright protection, confidentiality, and non‑disclosure shall survive termination of this agreement.

Enforcement
ASI reserves the right to revoke access to Materials and terminate participation in the program in the event of misuse, unauthorized sharing, or violation of these terms, in addition to any other remedies available under law.
