Candidates must be willing and eager to live in community by leading with gratitude, making and keeping commitments, being honest and always hospitable. The Director of Marketing must have experience in marketing that focuses on the use of still photography and videography on multiple social media platforms, knowledge of print advertising, and the creation of newsletter mailers. He or she must agree to the school’s statement of faith and code of personal conduct. Those holding a bachelor's degree in marketing are preferred.
